In 2021, I began serving as the lead creative for Porter Hills Village, a senior living community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We were tasked with the challenge of pre-selling their new Independent Living apartments called The Ravines. We developed a series of updated collateral pieces like their refreshed brochure, and expansion vision book, and monthly direct mails.

From the success of this expansion project, Porter Hills Village continued working with us on their next expansion project — The Coves.
